FHA Extends 90-Day Flip Rule Waiver

Real estate investors, especially those who flip and rehab houses, have another reason to celebrate. According to Susan Lassiter-Lyons of TheInvestorInsights.com, Vicki Bott, FHA’s deputy assistant secretary for single-family housing, has confirmed that the waiver for the FHA 90-Day Flip Rule has been extended. The waiver, which is earlier scheduled to expire by the end of the month, will run for another year, she says.
